Hours of operation

• Regular hours are 6 AM to 8 PM Daily. A 30% surcharge applies for pickups before or after regular hours.

Airport Rates (Gratuities Not Included)

To or from Marble Falls, Horseshoe Bay to Austin or San Antonio Airports. Travel time to Austin is approximately and hour and ten minutes, San Antonio is approximately an hour and thirty minutes, traffic permitting to both locations. Call 830-693-7989 for quotes to other cities. (24 hour cancellation policy)

We wait until the plane arrives, but charge for wait time at $10.00 per hour after the first hour. If your flight numbers change, you must call 830-693-7989 and notify us of the change.

Big Van Rates

• 10 person minimum up to 8 hours $400.00
• For up to 4 hours$250.00 
• After 8 hours $40.00 per hour 
• For more than 10 people add $35.00 each

Medical Appointments

We take you when and where you want to go, wait for you , and bring you back!

• To Austin or San Antonio generally same rate as Airport Rates except that we allow one person to ride along free, and we allow one hour free wait time at the doctor's offices. Extra wait time is charged at the rate of $10.00 per hour. Wheelchair Ramp Van Only, $50 minimum (local use). Price quoted on a case by case basis.

Summer Camps-To or From Airports

• Both Camp Longhorns, Camp Champions, & Balcones Springs - to or from airports. Please call for quote.. (Gratuities Not Included)

Errands

Terms and Conditions

• Advance reservations are required. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required or a $25 charge will apply ($50 will apply for wheelchair van).
• $100 Deposit required for big van events.
• 7 day cancellation is required for Big Van trips or a $100.00 charge will apply.
• All vehicles are non-smoking, and WHITE in color.
• We serve complimentary refreshments. Enjoy a cold drink assortment with cookies, or coffee and fruit juice for early travelers.
• Minimum local pickup charge is $25.00.
• We accept company or personal checks and cash. A $55 fee will apply for a returned check.
• We issue reciepts.
• We do not accept credit cards and will bill only for groups with a 15% charge added for gratuity and billing. Payment must be received in 30 days or a 5% charge will be added monthly.
• Reservations are taken in the order in which they were received.
